Interior Textiles: Fabrics, Application, and Historic Style ReviewI bought this book as a supplement to the textbook being used in our classroom (Fabrics for Interiors). The primary text is loaded with full-color pictures but does not really explain the details of fabric choice and application the way Nielsen does in Interior Textiles. A full third of Nielson's book is dedicated to historical styles and how fabric contributed to them, which is not covered in our primary text at all. In addition, Wiley's web site has an area dedicated to additional companion resources. While it does not appear to be fully populated yet, I look forward to using the book and the site constantly through the remainder of my education and going forward into my career in interior design.[...]Interior Textiles: Fabrics, Application, and Historic Style Overview
