Effective Human Relations: Interpersonal and Organizational Applications ReviewI bought this book for a online college class, I got it shipped 2-day shipping and it got to me on time. I was worried it may be a different book as it was almost half the price as the university. But I am in week 3 of a quarter, and it is the same edition, just not as expensive. The book is an easy read, and it is better than the previous edition. I had the opportunity this summer to take the class with the older edition, but the new edition was smaller and I found easy to read. I would recommend this to any one who wants to learn more about human relations in the workplace.
